$1000 REWARD FOR HUNTERDON ATTEMPTED MURDERER

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office is actively attempting to locate a man wanted for Attempted Murder. Ciro Perrone, age 32, of
Flemington, was charged with 1st degree Attempted Murder, 2nd degree Aggravated Assault, 3rd degree Possession of a Weapon for an
Unlawful Purpose, and 4th degree Possession of a Weapon, in connection with a stabbing that occurred on New Year’s Day.
On January 1, 2018, at approximately 4:00 am, the Raritan Township
Police Department responded to a residence in Raritan Township for
the report of a victim with a stab wound. A male victim was found
with a stab wound to his shoulder. The victim was transported to
Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and admitted in critical condition. The suspect, Ciro Perrone, age 32, of Flemington, had departed the scene before police arrived.
According to Prosecutor Kearns, “Anyone with information regarding Mr. Perrone’s whereabouts are urged to come forward. Crime Stoppers
of Hunterdon County has offered a cash reward of $1000 for
information that leads to the apprehension of Mr. Perrone. We are thankful for Crime Stoppers continued support and assistance.”
