Thursday, June 24, 2015 @ approximately 11:47 AM – Police arrested Stephen Marchak, age 78 of Raritan Township, and charged him with criminal mischief in regard to damage to a vehicle in the Concord Ridge development. On June, 15, a resident reported damage that he noticed to his vehicle which was parked in his driveway in the development. The resident also advised that he had previously installed a surveillance camera to monitor his driveway as there have been ongoing problems with vehicle damage. The video surveillance footage, along with further investigation by detectives, led to Marchak as a suspect. Marchak was subsequently charged at the conclusion of the investigation. The cost to repair the vehicle damage, which consisted of bubbling and peeling paint, is estimated at more than $500.00. Investigation and arrest by Det. Scott Nelson.
