(18) fraudulent credit cards FLEMINGTON

 

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Kyron A. Hodges, Rasheed E. Boney and Anniliee V. Calamito, on or about March 3, 2015, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did with the purpose of promoting or facilitating the commission of the crime(s) of credit card fraud, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-6c(5), did agree with another person or other persons that they or one or more of them will engage in conduct which constitutes such crime(s) or an attempt or solicitation to commit such crime(s), and in the course of such conspiracy did travel to the location of said offense(s), and/or did possess a credit card to facilitate the commission of said offense(s) and/or possess proceeds of said offense(s), contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-2 and N.J.S.A. 2C:21-6c(5), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Kyron A. Hodges, Rasheed E. Boney and Anniliee V. Calamito, on or about March 3, 2015, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, with the intent to defraud a purported issuer, person, or organization, did possess eighteen (18) fraudulent credit cards which purport to be the credit cards of a named issuer, but are not such credit cards and the issuers did not authorize the making and defendant did possess altered validly issued credit cards, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:21- 6c(5), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

Calamito, on or about march 3, 2015, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did knowingly use a lost, stolen or fraudulently obtained credit card to obtain money, goods or services, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-6h, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Annieliee V. Calamito, on or about march 3, 2015, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did with purpose to defraud Staples or with knowledge that she is facilitating a fraud to be perpetrated by anyone, make, alter or utter any object so that it appears to have value because of antiquity, rarity, source, or authorship which it does not possess, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C: 21-2, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Annieliee V. Calamito, on or about march 3, 2015, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit theft by purposely obtaining property of another, specifically, a can of Febreeze, head phones and two (2) Visa gift cards from Staples, by creating a false impression, by presenting a fraudulent credit card, in an amount greater than $200.00 but less than $500.00, by deception, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-4a and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
