On Tuesday, November 24, at approximately 6:30 pm, Patrolman Sean Ross responded to a Center Street business for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, Ptl. Ross learned that a 1999 Honda Accord operated by Edy Estrada, age 24, of Flemington, was traveling east on Center Street when it was struck by a 2010 Mazda 3 operated by Alison Burd, age 25, of Glen Gardner as Ms. Burd emerged from the parking lot of a business. Ms. Estrada was eventually issued motor vehicle summonses for Driving While Unlicensed, Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash, and Failure to Report a Motor Vehicle Crash. Ms. Burd was issued a motor vehicle summons for Careless Driving. Also during his investigation, Ptl.
