The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Eric W. Meyer, on or about June 26, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did attempt to cause or purposely or knowingly cause bodily injury to A.M. with a deadly weapon, to wit: a kitchen knife, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1b(2), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
