Alprazolam and Alcohol behind the wheel – 1:24 a.m. Dui


@ approximately 1:24 AM – Police arrested Lindsey M. Fischer, age 23 of Milford, NJ and charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol following a motor vehicle stop on Kentworth Court. Police initially made contact with Fischer after stopping to check on a vehicle which was observed running, with the exterior and interior lights on, in the area.


Fischer was seated in the driver’s seat and was the lone occupant in the vehicle. Upon contact, Fischer exhibited signs of being under the influence of alcohol and was unable to successfully perform field sobriety tests. She was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Alprazolam), possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana pipes). Fischer was issued additional motor vehicle summonses for reckless driving, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
