Anthony Minetti, 45, FORMER BARTENDER AT MRS RILEYS ALE HOUSE

Anthony Minetti, 45, of South Plainfield, died on Thursday, October 12, 2017. There will be a Service of Remembrance at the Rossi Funeral Home, 1937 Westfield Ave. Scotch Plains, NJ 07076 on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 2-5pm.

Anthony was born in Livingston, NJ. He was raised in North Plainfield, lived in Brick, and settled to South Plainfield. Anthony was the owner and operator of AM Landscaping & Irrigation. He also worked for various other landscaping/irrigation companies throughout his years. Anthony was a bartender for 16yrs. at the Colorado Cafe, Watchung, and lastly at Mrs. Riley’s Publick House. Anthony was a hard worker. He was a family centered and loved them unconditionally; especially his nieces. Anthony had a heart of gold, and he would help his family and friends with anything. He was a sports fan to various teams but, he was a huge yankee fan.

Anthony is survived by his mother Ellie Wilkins; his father Eugene Minetti; his step-father Bill Wilkins; his sister Sue Tomassini; his many nieces and nephews; and his girlfriend Sandra McEnroe.
