ATTEMPTED UNLAWFUL USE OF CREDIT CARD Flemington

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Neelega S. Perry, on or about February 12, 2015, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did knowingly and purposely possess nine (9) fraudulent credit cards and attempted to use one of them at PNC Bank to receive a cash advance in the amount of $1,000.00, contrary to the provisions of

N.J.S.A. 2C: 5-1 and N.J.S.A. 2C:21-6d, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

 

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Neelega S. Perry, on or about February 12, 2015, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did take or obtain a credit card, issued by Bank of America, to cardholder A.B., from the person, possession, custody or control of A.B., without the cardholder’s consent, or with knowledge that said credit card has been so taken, did receive said credit card, with the intent to use it or to sell it, or to transfer it to a person other than the issuer or the cardholder, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-6c(1), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Neelega S. Perry, on or about February 12, 2015, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did with purpose to defraud PNC Bank or with knowledge that she is facilitating a fraud to be perpetrated by anyone, make, alter or utter any object so that it appears to have value because of antiquity, rarity, source, or authorship which it does not possess, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C: 21-2, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
