Hillsborough, NJ- Blanche “Betty” (Marcinkowski) Prymowicz, 90, entered into eternal life on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center at Hillsborough in Hillsborough, NJ. Born in Nanticoke, PA, daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Vienskofski) Marcinkowski, she spent most of her life in Hillsborough.
Betty was a devoted wife and mother. She was a past parishioner of Mary, Mother of God Roman Catholic Church in Hillsborough. She was a member of the “Wednesday Morning Morning Glories” bowling league and an avid bingo player. She was also a member of the Hillsborough Senior Citizens Club, Group A receiving a twenty-five year citation from the club. Betty also loved to travel and spend her summer vacations in Florida.
Besides her parents, Betty was predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward Prymowicz in 2009; a daughter, Mary Venezia in 2007, and six siblings.
Betty is survived by her devoted daughter, Carol and her husband Jim Laine of Hillsborough; three cherished grandchildren, Heather Bartholomew and her husband Tim, Kevin Venezia, and Michaela Venezia; and two adored great grandchildren, Piper and Grayson Bartholomew.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church, 105 Summer Road, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Tuesday, November 7 from 10:30-11:00 a.m.
An 11:00 a.m. funeral liturgy will follow the viewing with Fr. Thomas Serafin officiating. Committal words and interment will follow at Neshanic Cemetery in Hillsborough. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s name to Breast Cancer Resceach Development Office, Cancer Institute of NJ, 195 Little Albany Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
