The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Jorge A. Velez, on or about May 8, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did, with the purpose to commit an offense therein, enter a structure at 154 Stanton Road, Stanton, New Jersey, which was not open to the public and the defendant was not licensed or privileged to enter, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:18-2a(1), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Jorge A. Velez, on or about May 8, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, knowingly did unlawfully take or exercise unlawful control over the movable property of G.D., that is, two (2) locked security boxes and other items, having a value greater than $500 but less than $75,000, with purpose to deprive the owner thereof, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Jorge A. Velez, on or about May 8, 2015, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, purposely, knowingly or recklessly did tamper with tangible property of G.D., causing pecuniary loss in excess of $500.00 but less than $2,000.00, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:17-3a(2) and N.J.S.A. 2C:17-3b(2), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
