Caroline R. Wise
RIEGELSVILLE, PA – Caroline R. Wise, 78, of Riegelsville, PA, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown, PA.
Born May 24, 1938 in Bloomsbury, NJ, Caroline lived in Somerville and Frenchtown, NJ before moving to Riegelsville, PA ten years ago. She worked at Aries Electronics in Frenchtown, NJ. At one time, Caroline had also worked at RCA Electronics in Somerville, NJ as well as various other electronic companies. Caroline was great with children and had a love of animals. Most of all, she loved her family members. Caroline was a member of the Frenchtown Presbyterian Church and the Frenchtown Rescue Squad in Frenchtown, NJ.
Daughter of the late Russell and Helen Hoffman, Caroline is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Richard Wise, her son James Stryker and his wife Trudy of Plumsteadville, PA, Patricia Cordero of Willow Grove, PA, her step-son William Wise, her step-daughter Melissa St. James, her five grandchildren Julie, Thomas, Dean, Briana, and Emily, and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Wendy Mutz, her son Arthur Stryker, Jr., and her sister Jean Compton.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 11 AM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ. Visitation will also be held on Friday from 10-11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
