Clinton, NJ – In honor of the centennial anniversary of the United States’ entry into WWI, the Red Mill Museum Village is proud to be hosting Military Heritage Day on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 12:00-4:00pm. Reenactors, weapon demonstrations, military vehicles, a WWII medical tent, a WWI-style victory quilt, and displays of private collections of Civil War, WWI and WWII artifacts will be on site to teach visitors about America’s military history. There will also be children’s activities including crafts. All visitors are invited to participate in our interactive memorial poppy installation which will remain ongoing through September.
