Clinton’s Red Mill Museum Village to Host Final Splashes of History Evening August 25

the Red Mill Museum Village in Clinton, NJ will be hosting the final evening of its Splashes of History series, entitled “No Yolks About It: Eggs.” The evening includes a talk and a themed reception on Thursday, August 25 at 6:30 p.m.

 

Guests can join Assistant Director Tim Betz for a discussion of the history of Hunterdon County’s egg industry. Afterwards, guests will be treated to themed refreshments and a chance to grade their own eggs in Farm to Table, the museum’s temporary exhibit about food processing and packaging.

 

Tickets are $15 for non-members and $12 for members and are available online or at the door on the evening of the event. They can be purchased online atwww.theredmill.org/splashes.html.
