DEER CAUSES ACCIDENT

On Sunday, March 27, at approximately 2:50 pm, a 2016 Subaru Outback operated by Justina Anise, age 21, of Clinton Township, was traveling south on Route 629 near Molasses Hill Road when the vehicle traveled off of the roadway and struck a guardrail. The airbags in the vehicle deployed and the vehicle had to be towed from the scene. Ms. Anise, who suffered apparent minor injuries, advised that the crash occurred when she swerved to avoid striking a deer. No summonses were issued.
