Raritan Twp., NJ- Dolores (Ganter) Huber, 88, entered into eternal life on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. Born in Queens, NY, daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Beyer) Ganter, she settled in Raritan Twp. in 1985.
Dolores retired from Cedar Lane Farms after twenty years of dedicated service as their bookkeeper. She was involved with the Three Bridges Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary for many years. She also volunteered at the Hunterdon Medical Center. Dolores was as an avid reader.
Besides her parents, Dolores was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Huber in 2003 and by her siblings, Joe, Jerry, Frank Ganter, and Marie Gemeroy.
Dolores is survived by her loving daughter, Helen Ann Huber and her husband K.C. Garner of Branchburg, NJ; a beloved grandson, Corey Garner and his wife Megan and a wonderful great-grandson, Eliot of Lansdale, PA. Her extended family includes a sister-in-law and many nieces, nephews and their children. All loved “Aunt D”.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887 on Friday, August 12 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. and on Saturday, August 13 from 9:00-10:15 a.m.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 13 beginning 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church in Three Bridges. Dolores will be entombed at St. Magdalen Mausoleum in Flemington.
