Driving Under the Influence, Reckless Driving, Speeding and Maintenance of Lamps.

On April 4, 2015 at approximately 0132 hours, P/O Bast, while on routine patrol observed a small red vehicle traveling at a higher rate of speed than the posted 40MPH on State Hwy 29.

The vehicle pulled over in the area of the Golden Nugget Flea Market.  Upon asking for credentials, the suspect was identified as Nicholas Pecht, 33 YOA of Hamilton, NJ.  Pecht had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath.

After field sobriety testing, Pecht was arrested and transported to headquarters. He received summonses for Driving Under the Influence, Reckless Driving, Speeding and Maintenance of Lamps.

Pecht was released to the custody of a friend, pending court.
