Driving While Intoxicated, Driving Too Slow, and Maintenance of Lamps

On Tuesday, November 8, at approximately 12:40 am, an officer stopped a 2007 Acura TL operated by Kent Bohler, age 52, of Clinton Township, on Center Street (Clinton Point) for motor vehicle violations. During the stop, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on Mr. Bohler’s breath and soon determined that he was intoxicated. Mr. Bohler was arrested and transported to police headquarters where he provided samples of his breath for chemical testing to determine the content of alcohol in his blood. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving Too Slow, and Maintenance of Lamps. He was released to the custody of a responsible adult and his vehicle was towed and impounded.
