During the stop, the officer noticed that the vehicle had heavy front-end damage and also detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on Ms. Leiton’s breath. Ms. Leiton was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses including Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test, Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash, Failure to Report a Motor Vehicle Crash, and Maintenance of Lamps. She was released to the custody of a responsible adult and her vehicle was towed and impounded.
