DRIVING WITH Trazadone and Suboxone

@ approximately 4:19 PM – Police arrested Walter P. Hock, age 62 and Neil L. Allen, age 38, both of Stroudsburg, PA and charged them with narcotics offenses following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 31. Hock was initially stopped for having two brake lights out on his vehicle. He was charged with possession of over five doses of a prescription legend drug (Trazadone) without a prescription. Hock was also issued a motor vehicle summons for maintenance of lamps. Allen was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Suboxone) and possession of a hypodermic syringe. During the course of the stop, Hock was found to have an active criminal warrant for his arrest issued out of Atlantic City Municipal Court ($250.00 bail). Atlantic City Police Department elected to release Hock with a new court date. After processing at police headquarters, both Hock and Allen were released. Investigation and arrests by Sgt.
