Brian P. Haskell, 29 of Lambertville, NJ was arrested on November 8th at 2:08PM for DUI and obstruction.
While on routine patrol, Ptl. Bast observed Haskell’s vehicle traveling at a slow speed in the area of State Highway 165. The vehicle proceeded through a red light at the intersection of S.H. 165 and Swan Street, turning into a residential driveway. When Ptl. Bast attempted to question Haskell, he became aggressive and hostile. Subsequent to investigation, Haskell was found to be under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest. Haskell was charged with DUI, Refusal, Failure to obey a lawful order, Obstructing administration of law, expired license, driving while suspended, expired registration and failure to observe a traffic signal. Haskell was later released with a pending court date.
