The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Laurie T. Christian, on divers dates between on or about March 24, 2015 and on or about April 2, 2015, in the Township of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, having assumed continuing responsibility for the care of S.C., a person 60 years of age or older and/or a disabled adult, knowingly did unreasonably neglect to do or fail to permit an act to be done necessary for the physical or mental health of the said elderly or disabled person, that is, by taking the victim’s prescription medication for herself and neglecting to give it to the victim, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-8a and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Laurie T. Christian, on divers dates between on or about March 24, 2015 and on or about April 2, 2015, in the Township of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit theft by unlawfully taking certain moveable property of S.C., to wit: controlled dangerous substances in a quantity of less than one kilogram, with purpose to deprive the owner thereof, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3a and N.J.S.A. 2C:20-2b(2)(c), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
