FIRE IN WEST AMWELL IS ARSON $500 FOR INFO ON WHO STARTED IT

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III announced that the investigation into an
intentionally set fire at the ABC Building Supply in West Amwell Township continues and a $500
reward has been offered by Crime Stoppers of Hunterdon.
According to Prosecutor Kearns, “On Monday, November 13, 2017, at approximately 6:20 pm,
Hunterdon County’s 9-1-1 Center received a report of a fire at the ABC Building Supply on
County Route 519. Police, Fire and EMS personnel from throughout Hunterdon County and the
surrounding area responded and extinguished the fire. The fire has officially been ruled an arson
and detectives from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office and the West Amwell Township
Police Department are investigating.”
Prosecutor Kearns added, “Crime Stoppers of Hunterdon County has offered a cash reward of
$500 for information that leads to the arrest or indictment of the person(s) responsible for this
crime.”
