FLEMINGTON MAN ARRESTED FOR CHILD ABUSE

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski
and Flemington Borough Police Chief Jerry Rotella announced that a joint investigation by
the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Flemington Borough
Police Department has led to the arrest of one individual.
On December 16, 2017, Samuel Sanchez, age 39, of Flemington, NJ, was arrested and
charged with one count of 3rd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of
Simple Assault, a disorderly persons offense. After his arrest, Mr. Sanchez was remanded to
the Somerset County Jail.
