FLEMINGTON MAN INDICTMENT FOR AGGRAVATED ASSAULT stabs with broken beer bottle

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced the indictment of Maynor R. Dominguez, age 29, of Flemington, NJ. On January 18, 2018, Mr. Dominguez was indicted by a Hunterdon County Grand Jury for one count of 4th degree Aggravated Assault and one count of 3rd degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose.
According to Prosecutor Kearns, “Mr. Dominguez was arrested on December 3, 2017, after he physically assaulted a male victim in the Borough of Flemington. In addition, Mr. Dominguez possessed a broken beer bottle which he used to further injure the victim.”
An indictment is merely a step in the criminal justice process. The defendant is presumed innocent until the matter is resolved in a court of law.
