Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA), an award-winning, full-service strategic marketing and integrated communications firm, has named Samantha Joergens the first Crew Star of the year for her work ethic, passion for client delight and teamwork.
“This rising star takes ‘passionate’ to soaring levels…from brainstorming website design ideas to crafting creative client materials, Samantha’s desire to achieve client delight is evidenced in all that she touches,” said Jeffrey Barnhart, CEO and president of CMA, who was recently recognized with Rider University’s Leadership Legacy Award and MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce’s 2016 Outstanding Small Business award. “Samantha’s vision of the end result and her execution of the game plan are what drives her to excellence. Her inventive and creative attributes are a breath of fresh air. As we celebrate CMA’s 30th anniversary this year, it is talented people like Samantha who will continue to lead us to continued success.”
Since joining the CMA team a year ago as an account coordinator, she has become an integral member of the staff, earning her recognition as Crew Star. The quarterly Crew Star award recognizes a team member each quarter for his or her dedication to the company’s core values including passion, excellence and teamwork, while spreading these positive principles to the team.
“Samantha is all about solutions and her mind is constantly thinking outside of the box. Samantha’s innate ability to see challenges from all angles motivates her to recommend solutions that create win-win scenarios for all involved,” Barnhart added. “She owns her work, she is accountable and helps other team members whenever asked. Sam’s passion to succeed catapults her accountability into solutions and results.”
In addition to serving clients, Joergens, who lives in Flemington, is one of the key forces behind CMA’s Play Hard committee, which develops teambuilding and employee recognition programs.
With this award, Joergens will receive a reserved parking spot in the employee lot, lunch with CMA’s executive team, a gift certificate to a local restaurant and a prominently displayed headshot in the CMA lobby with past Crew Starwinners.
