@ approximately 9:36 PM – Police arrested Juan D. Sevilla-Bowman, age 21 of Raritan Township and Justin L. Robinson, age 24 of Hillsborough, NJ and charged each with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Klinesville Road. Sevilla-Bowman was initially stopped for failure to maintain lane control, unclear rear license plate and tinted windows.
He was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lane control, unclear license plates, tinted windows, open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Sevilla-Bowman was released after processing. Johnson was issued a motor vehicle summons for open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle. During the course of the investigation he was found to have two active warrants for his arrest issued out of Flemington Borough Municipal Court (total bail $1,500.00). Johnson was turned over to the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Department, to be lodged in the Somerset County Jail, in default of bail. Investigation and arrests by P.O. David Carson.
