FOR THIS FELLA APPARENTLY THE HEROIN WASN’T ENOUGH HE NEEDED CRACK TOO

@ approximately 12:23 AM – Police arrested Philip J. Wolski, age 60 of Raritan Township, Jacqueline M. Hull, age 33 of Philadelphia, PA and Kevin J. Rivera, age 31 and also of Philadelphia, PA and charged each with narcotics offenses following contact with them at the Ramada Inn. Police were patrolling the parking lot of the motel when they located a vehicle parked in the parking lot registered to Wolski, who was found to have two active criminal warrants for his arrest issued out of Oxford Municipal Court. Police located Wolski who was with Hull and Rivera. Wolski was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin, crack cocaine and Suboxone), possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Wolski was ultimately released after processing at police headquarters. Hull was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin, crack cocaine and Suboxone), hindering apprehension and possession of hypodermic syringes. She was found to be wanted out of Bucks County, PA and was also charged with being a fugitive from justice. Hull was turned over to the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Department to be lodged in the Somerset County Jail to await extradition to Bucks County. Rivera was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin, crack cocaine and Suboxone) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rivera was ultimately turned over to the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Department to be lodged in the Somerset County Jail. Investigation and arrests by Sgt. Robert Landolina.
