Frenchtown Community Service + Outreach Initiative Hosts Free Senior Lunch & Learn now with NIA!

The new Frenchtown Community Service and Outreach Initiative (CS&O) is joining forces with the Harvest Family Success Center and hosting a FREE Senior Lunch & Learn every Tuesday from 11:30 to 1:30pm!  The Free Senior Lunch & Learn will take place at the Frenchtown Presbyterian Church on 4th street in Frenchtown, and all seniors are welcome to attend!

 

The Senior Lunch & Learn begins at 11:30am, with a class of NIA (No Impact Aerobics) “Moving to Heal” class that can be done while seated or while standing, see the description below!  Next up we all enjoy a delicious free lunch, then play a game of bingo, talk or have a visiting speaker. The Senior Lunch & Learn is a great way to meet other seniors, enjoy a delicious lunch and just relax and have fun! Please join us!

More on Moving to Heal NIA, Led by Autumn Saunders, Nia Blue Belt. The Nia Technique blends dance, martial arts and healing arts to align body, mind, emotion and spirit.
