Haekyoung Suh to become the newest Hunterdon Judge

As a commercial litigator for almost 20 years, Haekyoung has worked with many small and large businesses to resolve lawsuits, always keeping the best interests of her clients in the forefront of every litigation.

Haekyoung is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. In law school, Haekyoung was a member of the Rutgers Law Review and served as its Articles Editor.

Currently the President of the Hunterdon County Bar Association and a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, she began her legal career clerking for The Honorable William A. Dreier, P.J.A.D. in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.

She is admitted to the following bars: U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; U.S. Tax Court; and the State of New Jersey.

Haekyoung currently serves as a Board of Director of the United Way of Hunterdon County and is the Chair of its Governance Committee.  She was formerly Counsel to the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce (2011 to 2015); member of the District XIII Ethics Committee for Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren Counties (2009-2013); member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Model Civil Jury Charges (2008-2012); and member of the New Jersey Defense Association (Products Liability Committee, 2008-2010).
