Helen G. Fisher
KINGWOOD TOWNSHIP, NJ – Helen G. Fisher, 85, of Kingwood Township, NJ, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at her home.
Helen was born August 5, 1931 in Trenton, NJ. She graduated from Frenchtown High School. Helen worked at the Hunterdon Medical Center Central Supply and was Co-Manager at Frenchtown Lanes Bowling Alley before retiring. Helen was a member of the Frenchtown Presbyterian Church, Presbyterian Women’s Club, Order of the Eastern Star of NJ, Kingwood Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Kingwood Board of Education, and the Kingwood Board of Elections Committee. She was also a Brownie, Girl Scout, and Cub Scout leader and taught Sunday School at Baptistown Baptist Church.
Daughter of the late Russell and Helen Krewson, Helen is survived by her two sons Jack Fisher, Jr. and his wife Debbie of Frenchtown, NJ, and Jeff Fisher of Baptistown, NJ, her daughter Sheryl Cooper and her husband Kevin of Hampton, NJ, her son-in-law Dr. Patrick Zazzaro of Manasssas, VA, her ten grandchildren Lori, Michael, Mark, Alex, Amber, Jax, Matt, Tiffany, Ryan, and Jenness, and her nine great-grandchildren Emma, Nathan, Madison, Taylor, Naomi, Mia, Levi, Denny, and Laney. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Jackson E. Fisher, Sr. in 2011 and her daughter Pam Zazzaro in 2012.
A private graveside service will take place at the Ewing Church Cemetery in Trenton, NJ. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 12 PM at the Frenchtown Presbyterian Church, 22 4th Street, Frenchtown, NJ. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.
