Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and Clinton Township Officer in Charge Doug Higgins announced that a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, & Narcotics Task Force and the Clinton Township Police Department has led to the arrest of one individual for narcotics offenses.

According to Prosecutor Kearns, “The joint investigation resulted in the arrest of Ansue D. Allison, age 27, of Phillipsburg. Mr. Allison was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Conspiracy to Possess with the Intent to Distribute Heroin and Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin, Possession with intent to Distribute Cocaine, all 3rd degree crimes, and Possession of a Synthetic Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to voluntarily deliver CDS to a law enforcement officer, 4th degree crimes.”


The Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office K9 Unit and K9 Officer Finn assisted in in the arrest which took place on July 5, 2017. Mr. Allison appeared in Hunterdon County Superior Court on July 6, 2017 for his first court appearance
