Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and Readington Township Police Chief Sebastian Donaruma announced that a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, & Narcotics Task Force and the Readington Township Police Department led to the arrest of two individuals for narcotics offenses. The defendants were arrested on May 23, 2016.
According to Prosecutor Kearns, “The joint investigation resulted in the arrest of Robert F.
Kimsey, age 25, of Readington Township. The defendant was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute CDS-Heroin and Possession of CDS-Heroin.”
Prosecutor Kearns added, “Also arrested as a result of this investigation was Carley Cherwinski, age 30, of Annandale. The defendant was charged with Possession of CDS – Heroin and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe.”
Both defendants were released on their own recognizance pending a first court appearance.
