Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and Raritan Township Police Chief Glenn Tabasko announced that a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, & Narcotics Task Force and the Raritan Township Police Department led to the arrest of two individuals for narcotics offenses. The defendants were arrested on May 20, 2016.

According to Prosecutor Kearns, “The joint investigation resulted in the arrest of Joanne Juillet, age 26, and her sister Joanna Juillet, age 25, both of Trenton. 151 wax folds of heroin were recovered in the operation. The HCPO K-9 Unit also participated.”

Joanna Juillet was charged with Distribution of CDS-Heroin and Hindering Apprehension. She was also charged with being a fugitive from justice from Pennsylvania. The Honorable Joseph Novak, J.M.C. set bail on the defendant at $30,000 for the CDS charges.

Joanne Juillet was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute CDS-Heroin and her bail was set at $20,000.
