Heroin, Hypodermic Syringe arrest

On Saturday, April 30, at approximately 9:30 pm, an officer stopped a 2008 Ford Taurus operated by Taylor Gallic-Nichols, age 23, of Hampton for multiple violations at the ramp from Route 31 South onto Interstate 78 East. During the stop, the officer observed indications of drug use inside of the vehicle and soon discovered Ms. Gallic-Nichols to be in possession of a hypodermic syringe loaded with heroin and related drug paraphernalia. As a result, Ms. Gallic-Nichols was arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating a Motor Vehicle While In Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Failure to Signal Lane Change, Maintenance of Lamps, and Failure to Change Address on Driver’s License. She was released ROR.
