Tuesday Dinners at Polytech’s Careers Café are back and seats are still available for the first night, February 24th. To kick off this annual event, the culinary students will prepare and serve a 5-course Mardi Gras inspired dinner, featuring Cajon and Creole specialties starting promptly at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, February 24th. Cost for the dinner is only $25/person (including beverage and tax). Dinners are held at our Careers Café, 10 Junction Road, Flemington.
Dinners will be offered every Tuesday until April 28th, starting promptly at 6:30 pm. The internationally themed menu changes weekly and can be previewed one week ahead of time at www.hcpolytechadulted.org. Reservations are required as space is limited. The Adult & Continuing Education programs offers ten culinary related courses. Students that are enrolled have the opportunity to earn a Food & Beverage Management Associate of Applied Science degree partnered with Raritan Valley Community College, a Culinary Arts Certificate of Completion from Polytech, or a food-related Apprenticeship Certificate from the US Department of Labor.
