  1. RESOLUTION – Approving the 2016 Temporary Budget.

VI. PURCHASING, John Davenport III

  1. RESOLUTION – Approving Requisition #RS-04363, using State Contract #A-89851, with Software House International, for AutoCAD Software, for the Engineering Division, of the Public Works Department, in the amount of $85,249.92.
  2. RESOLUTION – Authorizing the extension of County Bid #2014-15, for maintenance, service and supplies for County copier equipment, to Ditto Copy Systems, Inc., for 2016, in the amount of $47,417.70.
  3. RESOLUTION – Authorizing the award of County Bid #2015-29, for the reconstruction of County Culvert FU-5, on Clinton-Pittstown Road, (County Route 513) over the Capoolong Creek, in Franklin and Union Townships, to Glen G. Hale, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $317,605.38.
  4. RESOLUTION – Authorizing the award of County Bid #2015-31, to furnish and deliver One (1) Airplaco Model PROCRETER-DOT Mortar/Shotcrete High Pressure
    Pump/Mixer, to Mesa Industries, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $99,900.
  5. RESOLUTION – Approving a professional services agreement with Maser Consulting, PA, for planning services to assess the Open Space existing conditions of the County and to propose a strategy for the County’s Open Space and Recreation Goals, in an amount not to exceed $132,461.
  6. RESOLUTION – Approving a professional services agreement with Malick & Scherer, PC, for engineering design services for the reconstruction of County Bridge C-32 and approach of Payne Road over the Prescott Brook, in Clinton Township, in an amount not to exceed $119,500.

  15. RESOLUTION – Approving Change Order #2, for County Bid #2014-08, for the Reconstruction and Realignment of County Route 600 and County Route 612, in Raritan Township, to Glen G. Hale, Inc., decrease of $47,207.88.
  16. RESOLUTION – Approving final payment for County Bid #2014-08, for the Reconstruction and Realignment of County Route 600 and County Route 612, in Raritan Township, to Glen G. Hale, Inc., in the amount of $9,049.51.
  17. RESOLUTION – Approving the cancellation of mortgage for Raymond and Carol Marone.
  18. RESOLUTION – Approving a 2016 agreement with Somerset County for Juvenile Home Detention Services, at the rate of $88 per day, per client.
  19. RESOLUTION – Approving a modification to the provider service agreement with Turning Point, d/b/a Anderson House, Inc., to reduce the projected level of service (beds) and allocated funding for 2015, from $40,000 to $18,676.
  20. RESOLUTION – Approving state contract #16AMKC for 2016 with the NJ Department of Human Services, Division of Disability Services, for transportation services for the elderly, disabled, low income and general public, in the amount of $124,434; and to enter into a Public Donor Agreement with the County’s Department of
    Human Services to provide donated resources (County Match), in the amount of $31,109.
  21. RESOLUTION – Approving state contract #16APKC, for 2016 with the NJ Department of Human Services, Division of Disability Services, for the purpose of administering Personal Assistance Services, in the amount of $38,037.30.
  22. RESOLUTION – Approving a professional services agreement with Karen Burd Demarco, d/b/a KBD Associates, LLC, for Health Officer Services, for the Division of Health Services, in an amount not to exceed $61,200.
  23. RESOLUTION – Approving provider service agreements for 2016 through the Department of Human Services, using County Quote #0072-2015. Total amount to remain flat at $650,390.

  2. RESOLUTION – Approving a grant application with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the Resurfacing and Drainage Improvements to County Route 523, in Delaware and Raritan Townships.
