HUNTERDON Harvest Family Success Center Is having a Substance Misuse Awareness Poster Contest

The Harvest Family Success Center (FSC) is sponsoring a Substance Misuse Awareness Poster Contest for all middle schoolers in the Del Val High School sending district!  Students from any of the five sending district schools (Alexandria Twp., Frenchtown, Milford, Holland Twp. and Kingwood) can enter their poster anytime by May 16th, just bring it in to your art room teacher.  Each school will have 3 winners, and prizes include ice cream cone vouchers, amusement park tickets and more!

To enter, simply use an 11×19 inch poster board or larger, and come up with your own poster about the dangers of substance misuse and staying drug and alcohol free.  Write your full name and school name on the back in marker or pen, drop it off at your art room for your teacher, and attend the May 18th Hiding In Plain Sight event at Alexandria Middle School that will run from 7 to 8:20.  Winners will be announced at 8:20, and you prizes distributed.  You must be present at the program to win.

Parents and students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades are welcome to attend the program.
