The ribbon was officially cut today by Developers Richard Cotton, Randall Welsh and President and CEO of Hunterdon Healthcare, Robert P. Wise, for the new medical office building that was constructed in the village of Hawk Pointe. The building is the new home of the Washington office of Hunterdon Family Medicine at Riverfield, Physical and Occupational Therapy and Hunterdon Behavioral Health.
“Our idea has always been to create a sustainable, environmentally friendly village that has what our community needs all in one area. We have our food source, Shop-Rite of Washington, Vision Credit Union for our financial needs, Hawk Pointe Golf Club and mixed retail for recreation and we now have added our health and wellness component which is this new building. We are proud to have Hunterdon Healthcare be part of this,” stated Richard Cotton.
The building is two floors, 25,000 square feet and Hunterdon Healthcare will occupy the first floor which will be 12,500 square feet.
“This has been a project we started to discuss 20 years ago. We are pleased to be part of a vision that will provide residents with better access to health care in Warren County, stated Robert P. Wise, President and CEO, Hunterdon Healthcare.
