“I’ve been going to Hunterdon Family Medicine at Branchburg for about 10 years. I moved here in 2005 and Dr. Hamilton was recommended. The minute I met her I thought ‘I’m home.’ They feel like an old time family doctor. They know you, your history and your kids. They care about patients in a personal way. The staff is really good. They have big, warm smiles whenever you walk in. You don’t feel like you’re going into a cold clinical environment. You feel like you’re visiting a family friend. The warmth of the practice is just incredible. I have two special needs kids with autism and Dr. Hamilton is so patient and understanding. Other doctors would say “I don’t have time for this.” She never gives up on us. She always does whatever it takes to make sure my kids get what they need,” explainedMargaret Marran, a patient of Hunterdon Family Medicine at Branchburg and Branchburg resident.
Robin Vonohlsen of Raritan Township has been bringing her husband to Diabetes and Endocrine Associates of Hunterdon for the past 12 years. “Dr. Sandberg and the entire staff at Diabetes and Endocrine Associates of Hunterdon are the most caring and knowledgeable staff when it comes to dealing with Type 2 Diabetes and the challenges that it can present in a stroke survivor. Each receptionist and nurse knows Carl by name and always takes a moment to say hello and brighten his day. Dr. Sandberg has always taken into account the many challenges we come across such as not being able to exercise, or having to schedule insulin shots or meds within my work schedule. Whenever I have a concern or question, they respond promptly and guide me how to best handle it. It is truly a team effort with the many Physicians we see on a monthly basis. There have been many times that Dr. Sandberg would just pick up the phone while we were there to ask our primary physician a question about coordinating a dosage of meds or blood tests. When Carl developed a resistance to insulin, Dr. Sandberg educated us on the best way to supplement his resistance that has led us to the best AIC and blood sugar levels that we have seen in 12 years. The entire team at Diabetes and Endocrine show a true interest in Carl’s well-being and invest time and research into making each day a better one.”
