BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP MAN INDICTED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT OF MINORS

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III announced today that a Hunterdon County Grand Jury has returned a four count indictment charging Frank J. Curialle, Jr., with the sexual assault of two minors. The indictment charges Mr. Curialle with two counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault, and two counts of 3rd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. According to Prosecutor Kearns, “This indictment stems from a detailed investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Criminal Investigations Section of the New Jersey State Police, Perryville Barracks. The investigation uncovered that Curialle had sexually assaulted two minors. The investigation was aided by investigators from the New York State Police. Defendant Curialle remains free on $100,000 bail. He faces approximately 5 to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison on each of the sexual assault charges and 3 to 5 years on each of the child endangerment charges. The grand jury indictment is merely a step in the criminal justice process. The defendant is presumed innocent until the matter is resolved in a court of law.
