PENNSYLVANIA MAN CHARGED WITH ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives John J. Kuczynski, and New Jersey State Police Perryville Station Commander Lt. Colin Frinzi announced the arrest of one individual as the result of a joint investigation conducted by Detectives from both the New Jersey Sate Police Perryville Station and the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit. According to Prosecutor Kearns, “Arrested was Henry Weber, age 62, of Bangor, Pennsylvania. Mr. Weber was charged with 3 rd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child after an investigation revealed that he engaged in explicit sexual conversation with a child under the age of 13. He was arrested on April 6, 2015. The defendant could face 3-5 years in a state prison for a 3rd degree charge if he is found guilty at trial.” The Honorable Eric Perkins, J.M.C. set the bail for the defendant at $25,000 and he was remanded to the Hunterdon County Jail.
