HUNTERDON SHERIFF’S ARREST MAN WANTED FOR $ 172,744.00 IN CHILD SUPPORT
April 2, 2015
Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Detectives Frank Modaffare and Lamont Garnes located and arrested a man wanted by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office on five non-support warrants totaling 172 thousand dollars. Clint Wilbourn, who had traveled to several states around the country, while failing to pay child support for five separate obligations, was located in Lebanon, NJ where he was arrested and held at the Sheriff’s Office in Flemington. Wilbourn, 38, was turned over to Monmouth County Authorities and taken to the Monmouth Jail. Chief Warrant Officer Ed Davis related that this is an example of the way inter- county cooperation, with all of our 21 County Sheriff’s Offices, effects the enforcement of child support responsibilities regardless of the amount.
