Improper safety glass, obstructed view and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicl

Thursday, January 26, 2017 @ approximately 1:09 PM – Police arrested Miguel C. Loja, age 22 of Princeton Junction, NJ and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (plastic container w/ marijuana residue) following a motor vehicle stop on Church Street Extension. Loja was originally stopped for tinted windows and an obstructed view. During the course of the stop, Loja was found to have active traffic warrants for his arrest issued out of Hightstown Boro and Hopewell Township municipal courts. Loja was issued motor vehicle summonses for improper safety glass, obstructed view and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. The vehicle was towed. After processing, Loja was turned over to Hightstown Boro Police Department on the warrant issued out of their court. Investigation and arrest by P.O. William McEnroe III.
