ISSUING OR PASSING BAD CHECKS AT TEABERRYS Downtown Antiques, and Aladen A. Shaban

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Drexcella A. Jacque, on or about October 25, 2014, in the Borough of Flemington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did issue or pass to Teaberry’s, Downtown Antiques, and Aladen A. Shaban, numerous checks in the sum of $896.93, drawn upon the account of Drexcella A. Jacque, payable to the order of Teaberry’s, Downtown Antiques and Aladen A. Shaban, knowing that said check would not be honored by the drawee and the drawee did not have sufficient funds in her account and that the two accounts were not open accounts, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-5c(3) and N.J.S.A. 2C:21- 5b, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Drexcella A. Jacque, on or about October 25, 2014, in the Borough of Flemington and in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did issue numerous checks to Teaberry’s, Downtown Antiques, and Aladen A. Shaban and received property and services from Teaberry’s, Downtown Antiques, and Aladen A. Shaban by creating a false impression as to the value of the check knowing that sufficient funds did not exist in the account to pay Teaberry’s, Downtown Antiques, and Aladen A. Shaban and Basil Bandwagon in an amount of at least $1,000.00 but less than $75,000.00, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-4a, and N.J.S.A. 2C:20-2b(2), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

Jacque, on or about October 25, 2014, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did issue or pass to Basil Bandwagon, an American Express check, drawn upon the account of Drexcella A. Jacque, payable to the order of Basil Bandwagon, knowing that said check would not be honored by the drawee and the drawee did not have sufficient funds in her account, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:21-5c(3) and N.J.S.A. 2C:21-5b, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same
