Julia Cooper Specker, 95, died Thursday at Langhorne Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born and raised in W. Amwell Twp., Julia had lived in Trenton for a number of years, New Egypt for a number of years and in Langhorne for the past two years. Julia had worked at the Pennington Quality Market as an office manager, but most of her life she was a homemaker.
Howard and Ellen Cunningham Cooper were parents of thirteen children and Julia was the last surviving child. She was the widow of Frank Specker, mother of the late Baby Girl Specker, and great grandmother of the late Morgan Kowalski, she is survived by two daughters, Joan Osborn, Judy Deemer, five granddaughters, Denise & Mike Kowalski, Beverly & Kevin Gallant, Francine Gill, Michele & Jim French, Samantha & Charlie LaManna, her great grandchildren, Brittany, Bryan, Brandon, Madelena, Camille, David, Dana, Hudson, Savannah, MaKayla and Charlee.
Funeral services will be held Friday November 3, at 11:00 am at the Garefino Funeral Home, 12 N Franklin St. in Lambertville. Burial will follow in the Mt. Airy Church Cemetery. Calling hour will be Friday from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the funeral home.
