Lambertville: Rose Marie Barnhart Blair, 85 died Monday May 16, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Skilled Nursing Center in Lawrenceville.

Born and raised in Titusville, Rose had lived in Lambertville most of her life. She and her late husband Harry Blair spent a great deal of time during their retirement at Beach Haven Gardens, NJ.

For many years, Rose was a clerk at Fiddler’s Creek Farm, she was a member of St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, it’s Altar and Rosary Society where she had served as its president and was a active member of St. John’s Catholic School PTA. Rose was also a member of the Union Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary in Lambertville.

Daughter of the late Robert and Rosalie Hatrak Barnhart, widow of Harry Blair, mother of the late Timothy Blair, sister of the late Betty Keen and grandmother of the late Denise Lugar, she is survived by five daughters, Pat Lugar(Kirk), Karen Currie ( Bruce), Jeanne Blair, Debbie Barba (Dennis), Kathleen Delorme, one brother Jack Barnhart(Brenda), one sister Dorothy Trautz, her daughter in law, Valarie Blair, 13 grandchildren, 11great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday May 23 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm with a memorial service being celebrated at 2:30 at Garefino Funeral Home, 12 N Franklin St Lambertville. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
