Lulu Mae Skinner
Lulu Mae Skinner, 83 of Flanders, NJ died on Monday January 8, 2018 in Kindred Hospital New Jersey – Morris County.
She was born in Phillipsburg, NJ on August 8, 1934 the daughter of the late Harry Thomas Nunn Sr. and Stella (Allen) Nunn and was a long time Flanders, NJ resident.
Lulu was a former member of the Fairmount Presbyterian Church and was a long time caregiver for her husband Robert E. Skinner Sr. Lulu enjoyed singing and playing the piano.
She is survived by a son Robert E. Skinner Jr. (Hilah) of Great Meadows, NJ, a daughter Debbie Wilson (Art) of Cleveland GA, a son Dennis J. Skinner of Hackettstown, NJ a son John Skinner of Phillipsburg, NJ seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, two sisters Margaret Konnecke and Beatrice Strohmeyer.
In addition to her parents Lulu was predeceased by her husband Robert E. Skinner Sr., two sisters Muriel Narducci and Agnes Rahmann and a brother Harry Nunn Jr.
Calling hours will be Thursday January 11, 2018 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm in the Coughlin Funeral Home 15 Academy Street Califon, NJ 07830. A funeral service will be held on Friday January 12, 2018 at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be immediately following in the Union Cemetery, Hackettstown, NJ.
