MAN ARRESTED FOR SHOOTING ARROW INTO NEIGHBORS HOUSE

@ approximately 5:32 PM – Police charged Roberto Osti, age 57 of Raritan Township with endangering the welfare of another person following an investigation. On Sunday, October 23 at approximately 3:08 PM police were called to a residence on Old Clinton Road for a report of an arrow stuck in the side of the home there. No injuries were reported and police collected the arrow as evidence. Police investigated further with the assistance of a Conservation Officer from the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife and were able to track the route of the arrow to a property on Old Clinton Road. Osti was identified as the source of the arrow. He was charged and released after processing. Investigation and charges by P.O. Brian Mayer.
