MAN FOUND STUMBLING AT GAS STATION – dui

at 9:00 PM, Patrolman Peter Tilstra was dispatched to the area of Clinton Express Gas, Route 173 for a report of possibly intoxicated driver that got out of his vehicle and was stumbling around in the parking lot. Patrolman Tilstra observed the vehicle leaving the gas station. Patrolman Tilstra followed the vehicle a short distance, observed careless driving and conducted a stop. Upon interviewing the driver, Zackary Falso, 27 of Clinton, NJ, Patrolman Tilstra observed signs of intoxication. Falso was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Careless Driving, and Reckless Driving. He was released.
