MAN INDICTED FOR MULTIPLE BURGLARIES IN LEBANON

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced the indictment of Dennis J.
Williamson, age 38, of Lebanon, NJ. On December 21, 2017, Mr. Williamson was indicted by a
Hunterdon County Grand Jury for six counts of 3 rd degree Burglary and one count of 3
rd degree Theft.

According to Prosecutor Kearns, “Mr. Williamson was arrested on November 6, 2017 in connection
with multiple car burglaries in Lebanon Borough during October. In addition, Mr. Williamson was
arrested for Possession of Burglary Tools and Resisting by Flight, both disorderly offenses. Mr.
Williamson is scheduled to return to the Hunterdon County Superior Court on January 8, 2018, for a
post indictment arraignment.” The filing of a criminal complaint is merely a step in the criminal justice process. The defendant
is presumed innocent until the matter is resolved in a court of law.
